About Me

I trained as a classical keyboard player in Berlin, Cambridge, London & Nagpur (India) & I have played & taught all over the world. I have completed both foundation & practitioner's level in coaching, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

For me, coaching is a fantastic complement to playing; it teaches me to listen in the finest detail to others & to myself. I create a safe space, where you can feel heard & supported. My aim is to give you the tools that you need for your own individual journey, along with awareness of & confidence in your strengths.

As well as verbal questions & reflections, I work with body language, breath & artwork; these non-verbal expressions can further raise your awareness of your values & your strengths.

You made me feel that you were really listening.

What to expect

Creative Coaching

What is coaching?

Coaching is all about change & finding the best ways for you to make those changes.

It's also about connecting with your whole self to find out that best path for you.

It's a bit like a map that we're both looking at. Together, we find out where you are right now, where you'd like to move to & the best way for you to get there.

We do this with detailed questioning & reflection, so that you can increase your understanding of your current situation, your goals & your opportunities for reaching those goals.

As well as questioning & reflection, I use elements of counselling, neuroscience, CBT, positive psychology & more.

What issues are suitable?

Any change that you'd like to make in your life can be material for coaching. This can be around big life changes, small practical goals, or anything inbetween.

Whatever your goal, the process is the same.

Why Creative Coaching?

Creativity is part of all our lives, whatever our situation. Coaching can help you unlock & expand your creative thinking in all areas of your life. As an experienced professional musician I am very familiar with this process for myself & I enjoy helping others to celebrate & realise their potential.

I never felt that you had an agenda beyond supporting my journey.

How it Works

How it works

How long are sessions?

I normally suggest a block of 6 sessions. These are usually on zoom & last for 60 minutes each.

An introductory 15-minute chat on the phone (free) is a good starting point, to see how we feel about working together. This can be arranged when you email me.

How much does it cost?

I want to make coaching as accessible as possible, so I have a sliding scale of fees, depending on your situation.

For a one-off session, these are;

Working people = £55 (£310 for 6)

Younger working people = £45 (£260 for 6)

Students = £35 (£200 for 6)

Unwaged = £25 (£145 for 6)

Contact

You let me feel that I was defining the measures I would take; this really helps in building trust in my own ability.
